Beer Yoga @ Buffalo Rock - Bayside

We are THRILLED to help break in Buffalo Rock’s newest location, Bayside, in Oregon!

Kim Marlowe will lead us through an energetic morning yoga flow…feel free to incorporate your tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun! This yoga session isn’t pretentious or serious – it is all just a great opportunity to connect with an awesome community and support local business, all while checking out of responsibilities and maybe building a little strength and stretch.
