Begin the afternoon with a guided tasting of six standout wines from both historic and up-and-coming Australian producers. Jane and Jon will walk you through each pour and share insights from their decades of experience in the industry. Their acclaimed book How to Drink Australian will be available for purchase and signing.

Stick around for a relaxing summer evening on the patio featuring a seasonal feast by Chef Jon Rosnow, paired with wines from Chalmers and Mother Block. Mingle with Jane, Jon, and Kim as they make rounds, pour wines, and chat with guests about their work and passion for Australian wine.
