Mini Meditations

Join us in December for our Monday ’Mini Meditations’. Find peace during the holidays with 30 minute restful meditations. Led by professional yoga and meditation instructor Sarah Colarchik, this virtual class offers a calming space for self-reflection and stress relief. Classes will take place December 8, 15, & 22. Attendance is flexible.
