Kayak & Flow

✨ Ready to unwind and reconnect with nature this summer?

Kayak & Flow is back with two opportunities to join us on the water and your mat:

🗓️ Friday, July 25 | 6:30–8:00 PM (evening unwind)
🗓️ Saturday, July 26 | 8:00–9:30 AM (morning refresh)

This unique experience combines 40 minutes of gentle yoga with 40 minutes of peaceful kayaking toward Willamette Falls, allowing you to move, breathe, and soak in the beauty of the river.

✅ No yoga or kayaking experience needed
✅ Kayaks provided
✅ A perfect way to reset your mind and body

Spots are limited, and these summer evenings on the river are something you don’t want to miss.
