Storytime & Craft: What is Hajj?

For ages 6 and up. Enjoy a read-aloud story about Hajj followed by a craft.

In collaboration with Good Tree Roots, let's gather to share great stories and culture.

Hajj is the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, which every physically and financially able Muslim is expected to make at least once in their lifetime.

Do you want to learn more about your neighbors and enjoy a community of kindness? All are welcome.

Good Tree Roots is a lending library established to grow the community, offer resources to engage with the past to improve the present, and lay the foundations for the future through various activities promoting diversity, scholarship, and community involvement.

All events are sponsored by the Friends of the Parkland Community Library.
