Tuesday Night Track Workout at Covington Middle School

While Hudson Bay High School is having their track resurfaced we are meeting at Covington Middle School.

The Warm-up:

1200 meter jog followed by stretching.

The WOW:

Intermediate:
15 x 100m + 100m RI

Advanced:
30 x 100m + 100m RI

The Cool-down:

1200 meter jog followed by shin mobility and stretching.
