Join us for a FREE community yoga class at the Quaker Arts Pavilion taught by Buff & Flo!

⏰ Time: 6:30 – 7:15 PM
📍 Location: Quaker Arts Pavilion – 60 S. Lincoln Avenue, Orchard Park, NY
❗ Please bring your own water & a mat or towel


This class will focus on the foundations of yoga and will use gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system. All poses will be explained so that all experience levels can get the most out of their practice.


This event is open to all age groups, so bring the whole family! Participants should bring their own water and a mat or towel. See you there! 🤍
