On Friday, October 3rd at 7 PM, Que Pasa will host a special Food & Wine Pairing Dinner. For $99 per person, guests will enjoy a 5-course menu crafted by our Chef, paired with exceptional wines from Frescobaldi by Divino.
Each dish has been thoughtfully designed to highlight bold flavors, while the Frescobaldi selections from Toscana, Italy bring balance and depth to the evening.

Amuse
• Oyster with cucumber granita, scallions, and soy vinaigrette
• Paired with Frescobaldi Leonia Brut, Toscana
First Appetizer
• Miso Salmon Fillet with grilled bimi, sesame, bok choy, sweet potato, and yuzu sauce

Second Appetizer
• Duck Dumplings with fried wonton, crispy leek, kimchi salad, and hoisin crème
• Paired with Frescobaldi Pinot Noir, Toscana
Main Course
• Grilled Flank Steak with sugar snaps, celeriac crème, pickled red onion, and teriyaki red wine sauce
• Paired with Frescobaldi Nipozzano Chianti Riserva, Toscana
Dessert
• Matcha Pudding with pandan crème, coconut sauce, and mango salad
