COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS

The Community Class is back!

Join myself (Laurin), Kim, Natasha, and my current Yoga Teacher Trainees for this by donation class on Sunday nights!

Each week there will be a different instructor, teaching classes that revolve primarily around slowly flowing Hatha Yoga.

You may also catch some recent Graduates guiding some of the classes! Check my social media posts + stories for the teacher each week ;)

Unwind on your Sunday evenings in this by-donation class, and discover new teachers and styles. Drop-in only, cash donation.
