About the event

End-of-BRIK Party + Kaia Friends & Family LAKE DAY!
Come celebrate the end of BRIK with us, with a fun outdoor workout at the lake! (bring a yoga mat & water)

Stick around after the workout for BRIK awards and our paddleboard raffle, then enjoy some time at the lake! Pack a picnic and stay for lunch (or longer) if you want. We'll be there until the afternoon!

Feel free to bring a paddleboard, kayak, or any other fun lake toys you might have, and invite your friends and family! The more the merrier. :)

Both of our locations (Fair Oaks and Natomas) are coming together to celebrate. We can't wait to have all our girls in one place!!
