Unwind and get creative with the timeless art of quilling! Join instructor Paul Abrahamsen for a relaxing and hands-on introduction to this beautiful paper art form that dates back to the first century. In this workshop, learn the basics of the art form; curling techniques and shapes. Look at what artists are doing with the art form and get inspired to experiment and explore well after the class is complete. You will have the opportunity and options to make anything from book marks to greeting cards with floral or mandala patterns or simple animal or character illustrations. No experience necessary – quilling is affordable, easy to learn, and deeply satisfying. All materials provided. Come chill, curl, and create!
