Baby on Board: Your Guide To The Hospital and Your Baby's First Weeks

Join us on Monday, August 4th, at 5 PM at our office!

During this interactive session, you'll:
-Tour our office and get familiar with useful online resources.
-Hear from Dr. Aniqa Anwar about what to expect in the hospital, newborn visits, common concerns, and when to call us.
-Learn about HealthySteps—a national program available to our patients that provides child development support, parenting guidance, and connections to helpful resources to ensure babies and young children receive the best possible start in life.
-Get expert lactation guidance from our in-house specialist on what to expect and tips for breastfeeding success.

Whether you're a first-time parent or looking for a refresher, this class is designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your baby’s arrival.

This class is open to everyone, so if you have expectant family or friends who may be interested in learning about the days around and after baby’s delivery, please pass this information along—we’d love to welcome them!
