Wellness Wednesday

The gardens will be open 7AM-7PM (last entry @ 6:30PM). Admission is free! No reservations are required. 🪷

Walk your way to better health, energize your mind with meditation, read a book or watch nature’s art. Strengthen your body with yoga, and spend quality time with family and friends. Extended evening garden hours also offer the perfect golden hour setting for nature photography. Be sure to dress comfortably, wear walking shoes and bring water to stay hydrated during your wellness experience.

🧘 Adult Gentle Yoga in the Garden: Join our FREE adult only, yoga class each Wednesday. The class begins promptly at 10:30AM and check in begins at 10AM. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints and gain flexibility. This class takes place outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, indoor accommodations will be available. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!
