Note: On July 22, we will meet at 5:30pm then march to city hall to attend the city council meeting together and make public comment on ICE activity in our city! See our demands and sign up for the council meeting here.
Come to the Orange Circle Park every Tuesday, rain or shine, to take a stand opposing the oligarchs, billionaires and the regime that's attacking our way of life and the Constitution of the USA. Join like-minded people in our community in a nonviolent, peaceful demonstration! Make your voice heard. We are the many, they are the few that want to rule us all. Take a stand for democracy. Bring your signs, bring pots and pans, your whistles and kazoos and meet at the fountain - we'll spread out from there after a safety briefing. Let the people be heard! Let’s make some noise!

MEET YOUR HOSTS
The Rally at Orange Circle Park community is hosted by Vangee, Mel, and Pete and is an Indivisible CA 40 team. We will gather for events and actions as our group grows. Please invite a friend!
Indivisible CA 40 is a non-partisan, all volunteer grassroots group of residents in the CA-40 congressional district who are fighting fascism and holding elected officials accountable, from city councils and school boards all the way up to Congress. We partner with other community organizations to uplift and support our neighbors while we work toward electoral change in 2026.
GENERAL PROTEST/RALLY REMINDERS
This is a peaceful protest. Remember the ABCs of protesting:
A) Always obey traffic signals and directions of the safety team!
B) Beware of detractors*! Do not talk to detractors or unaffiliated interviewers - doing so increases risks for all of us, including all the volunteers and organizers.
C) Chill vibes please! Never touch anyone else or their property (e.g., car, sign, backpack) without permission. Have fun! Build community!
*As our events become more popular, we may attract detractors and Trump/Elon/MAGA supporters, either passing in cars or as rally attendees. Some of their tactics are to act friendly, ask questions, and pretend to care about your answers. They may also gesture, yell, name-call, and use foul language. They often look to get a reaction they can capture on video. Do NOT engage with or speak to them. Do NOT answer their questions. Do NOT yell back at them or gesture (thumbs down, middle finger, etc.) Do NOT post photos or videos of them online. Do NOT reveal any personal or contact info to anyone at this or any rally you do not know to be on your side. If someone becomes threatening or violent, move away quickly and alert a safety volunteer, a police officer, and/or call 911. These guidelines keep you, our volunteers, and our organizers safe. Thank you!
