🚨 Get Involved with Orange CERT! 🚨
The Orange Community Emergency Response Team is looking for new volunteers to join their upcoming **spring training program**! This is a great opportunity to learn valuable emergency preparedness skills and help support the community.
đź“… Training begins: Wednesday, March 11
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
đź“Ť Location: Orange Fire Station #2
Classes will run every Wednesday for approximately nine weeks and will be held jointly with Milford CERT.
Participants will receive hands-on training in:
✔️ Fire safety
✔️ Light search and rescue
✔️ Community disaster support
✔️ Disaster medical operations
CERT volunteers help support the community by assisting at town events, helping operate the emergency shelter at High Plains, and providing support to local first responders when needed.
