ORANGE - On Saturday, August 23, at Riverfront Park, tents will again go up, table cloths spread, and a musical stage set for this year’s annual Dinner By The River.
The evening will begin at 5pm with a social cocktail hour - with wines by Home Fruit Wine as well as beer options - and an art show featuring the works of Robert Osborne and Susan Marshall.
Live music will be provided by local favorite the Millers River Band performing original, traditional and popular American roots songs.
A buffet dinner - with chicken and vegetarian entree options - will be served at 6pm, with musical entertainment to continue throughout the evening. At the close, raffle winners (of fabulous donated items from area businesses) will be announced.
Dinner tickets cost $30 each and are available for purchase at Quabbin Harvest or by phoning Kate at 1-508-246-2361.
Dinner By The River, sponsored by the Orange Revitalization Partnership, is a Fundraiser for the Orange Parks.
