Carl Schumachers Ironman 🏃🚴🏊

💪🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚶‍♂️ Carl’s 140.6-mile mission for The Big Communitea!

From 15th–17th August 2025, Carl Schumacher will be taking on an incredible Virtual Ironman Challenge –
🏊‍♂️ Day 1: 2.4 mile pool swim
🚴‍♂️ Day 2: 112 mile cycle
🚶‍♂️ Day 3: 26.2 mile walk

That’s a huge 140.6 miles in just three days!

Carl is doing this to raise funds for The Big Communitea in Selby – a self-funded local charity that provides a safe, welcoming space for people to connect, talk, and support one another. From mental health groups like Andy’s Man Club & Girl Talk to over 20 support groups tackling loneliness, disability, caring responsibilities, and more – their work changes lives every week. 💛

Carl has seen first-hand the amazing difference The Big Communitea makes and wants to help them continue their vital work.
