Clay Back to School Bash - Free School & Sports Physicals by Emmanuel Project

In partnership with the organizers of the Clay Back to School Bash and The Way Free Clinic, Emmanuel Project will be providing FREE school & sports physicals across the street from the Clay Back to School backpack and clothing event at Thrasher-Horne.

💉Vaccines will be available on-site for ages 4–18.

👀Vision is Priceless will also be offering FREE vision screenings.

📋School entry forms will be provided the same day for those with scheduled appointments. Walk-in appointments will receive their forms within 48 hours.

📣 Want to skip the clothing line?
Schedule your kiddo’s appointment by JULY 20th and you can! The amazing Clay Back to School Bash organizers will deliver backpacks labeled for each child, filled with clothing, shoes, and supplies to receive at their appointment! We will confirm your child’s clothing and shoe sizes the week before July 22nd.
