Tree Assessment Workshop

Sarah Bell, the DNR District Forester, will be joining us to present on how to assess tree damage following the recent storms in Northwest Iowa on August 18, 6:30 p.m. at the ISU Extension and Outreach Sioux County Office. After damaging storms, injured trees should be examined carefully and treated appropriately. During this presentation we'll cover how to determine if a tree is salvageable, what might be required to save it, and what tasks may require a licensed tree service.
