Intro to Strokes Class

Learn the basics for exercise swimming @ 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗦!
Monday August 4th, 8am-9am @𝗢𝗕 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Whether you are new to the water or looking to build confidence and technique, Intro to Strokes is the perfect starting point. This beginner-friendly class covers the foundational strokes: freestyle and backstroke. Students will learn proper body positioning, breathing techniques, and efficient movement in the water. We'll focus on safety, skill development, and fun while providing a supportive environment for swimmers to gain comfort and confidence in the pool. This class will prepare you for the “Grab a Swim Workouts” challenge activity too.
