2025 Medicare and Margaritas

This will be our 3rd annual CO-ED conference open to ALL AGENTS that will be held April 28-30, 2025, at theDick’s Last Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama. See why we have had sold out conference each year and why our attendees continue to be inspired for more.

We are super excited about this conference, as we are changing the dynamics with learning and networking. As with everything we do here at Medicare Answers Now, we will make this conference a fun environment to learn and most important to participate and ask the questions for our reputable speakers. We have listened very closely to feedback from agents and believe that we have created an event where everyone will grow and benefit from attending.

Time: 8:00 a.m. to noon Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A delicious hot breakfast provided and of course drinks.

Classes: Held over 3 days, with 3-hour sessions each day. Topics on: Marketing, Staffing, Back Office/Tools, Cross-Selling, Building a Downline, Social Media. Prepare your questions ahead of time, as this is interactive, and you will have a chance to ask your questions "live".

Location: Dick’s Last Resort 4720 Main St Suite M 101, Orange Beach, AL 36561

Social Events: These are the talk of the town and where you can meet and talk to other agents, carriers, and vendors. Starting Sunday at our luncheon, and then progress through the conference with a Margarita Movie Night, FloraBama, Lulu's and our famous Beach Party! Most social events are open to families of ticketed conference attendees. You will just need to purchase a ticket and RSVP for each social event attendee. Travel: You will want to fly into Pensacola airport and rent a vehicle. An alternate airport is Mobile, Alabama which is about an hour away. Agents and attendees can find accommodations at any number of resort condos right on the water at varying price points. I will be staying at the Indigo Resort on Perdido Key, which is 25 minutes east of the conference venue. Near there you can reserve condos at Perdido Sun, Palacio, and so many others. Our goal: To have a conference that is family friendly were agents have time to both learn and spend time either making new friends or with their families while down on the beach. We will be planning many different events that agents can participate in.

To purchase a ticket, please make sure you only register for one person at a time, these names will be printed on your conference badge so please use your preferred name.

• As part of our marketing efforts, we will be recording and capturing footage of the event, including audience shots, and promotional clips to use for future marketing purposes. By purchasing your ticket and attending the event, you agree that we may use your image, likeness, and voice as captured in any footage for promotional or commercial purposes, without any compensation or credit to you.
• Conference registration may be canceled with full refund (less an Eventbrite processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date. ( email: YmlyZHkgfCBNZWRpY2FyZUFuc3dlcnNOb3cgISBjb20=) Since we need to give our commitment to local small businesses, they need to have the same respect for cancelations, and we do not want them to lose money on guaranteed product.
• A 50% refund ( less Eventbrite fees) is available for conference registration provided written notification is received ( YmlyZHkgfCBtZWRpY2FyZWFuc3dlcnNub3cgISBjb20=) between four (4) weeks and two (2)weeks prior to the conference start date. No transfers or credits available.
• No refunds will be granted within two (2) weeks of the conference start date, no matter what the reason. No transfers or credits will be given for any reasons as well.
• All social event cancellations that have a fee, will also have the same policy and by paying for a conference ticket, you agree to those terms.
• Please note that each bank has their own policy about how long funds are returned. We cannot guarantee when returned funds will be available in your particular account.
• A waitlist will be activated once we reach capacity. We encourage you to add your name to that list if the conference is sold out.
