Autumn Alignment Sound Bath

This sound bath honoring the change of season into autumn is an immersive meditative experience that uses specific tones and frequencies to evoke a sense of grounding, release, and introspection.

As participants lie or sit in a comfortable, dimly lit space, the soundscape reflects the natural shift from the vibrant energy of summer to the quieter, more reflective pace of fall.

Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably and close their eyes (feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow).
We will begin with a guided meditation, encouraging everyone to focus on their breath and set an intention for the practice.

As the sounds swell and recede, the experience unfolds as a journey to “release and let go” of any lingering stress and high-energy of summer and prepare for the beauty that the change of season brings with autumn ✨🍂🍁🍂✨
