Association of Classroom Teachers (ACT) Representative Assembly and Professional Learning Conference

Whether you're a seasoned teacher leader or a passionate new voice in education, this three-day experience is designed to ignite your purpose, strengthen your professional career, and connect you with colleagues who share your commitment to the profession.

Tentative Schedule of Events:

August 22: Kick off the weekend with an inspiring Opening General Session and Welcome Reception, where you'll meet fellow educators from across the state, engage in powerful conversations, and hear from visionary leaders.

August 23: Dive into the heart of the event with the ACT Representative Assembly, where critical decisions are made to shape the future of education in Alabama. The day also features impactful Professional Learning Sessions focused on classroom innovation, advocacy, educator wellness, and community engagement.

August 24: Wrap up the weekend with more dynamic Professional Learning Sessions, a Closing General Session, and the opportunity to earn an APLDS-approved Professional Learning Unit (PLU) to support your continued career growth.
