Are you a bird watcher or a nature lover and have also been wondering how to get sharp photos consistently? This session will take the guess work out and have you on your way to capturing tack sharp images of the wildlife you love. The topics covered will include optimal settings, light direction, bird habits, equipment and operation.
Please bring a fully charged battery, lots of space on your memory card, some water to drink, and an umbrella if it looks like it may rain. A heavy, sturdy tripod isn't an absolute necessity, but it will greatly increase your chances of nailing sharp images and smoothly tracking birds in flight. Some photographers prefer a fluid ball head for their tripod, while others prefer a gimbal head. Bring whichever works best to you. And, because we are meeting just after sunrise, I would encourage you to bring a fast aperture telephoto lens.
