Join us for our monthly Restorative & Nidra practice! The 2-hour Restorative & Nidra is $30..
Restorative Yoga practice will renew your spirit & replenish your body. Restorative Yoga poses deeply relax the body, allowing the mind to relax as well. We follow the Restorative class with a Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the antidote for modern life. Come and be nourished as you discover profound peace and vibrant health.
There are limited in-person spots available. Please register early!
