CVUSD Emergency Tabletop Exercise

Chino Valley Unified School District's annual emergency tabletop exercise puts you in the middle of a realistic emergency, such as a major earthquake or an active shooter incident, so you can practice critical decision-making, apply the Incident Command System (ICS), and refine district response protocols in real time. You will clarify your specific ICS role, walk through communication flows and resource checklists, and collaborate with peers to strengthen district-wide coordination.

Session 1 Details
• Date and time: Tuesday, June 4, 2025, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Location: Woodcrest Junior High — Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), 2725 South Campus Avenue, Ontario, CA 91761

*Please note that the Woodcrest Jr High location is subject to change per the construction status of the facility. If any changes are made, the Eventbrite link will be updated accordingly and registrants will be notified by email. All registrants will be emailed confirmation of the exercise date, time, and location, as well as additional details, within one week before the exercise date.

You only need to attend one session. An additional session is offered the following day, Wednesday, June 5, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM for those unavailable on June 4. Please register with your district-issued email address. You will not be approved to attend if you register with a personal email.

Principals, assistant principals, directors, coordinators, and supervisors are strongly encouraged to register.
