Do you work with people who have experienced trauma — whether in healthcare, education, coaching, social work, fitness, or any other field? Do you want to better understand trauma, its effects on the brain and body, and how to create a safer, more supportive environment for those you serve?
If you answered yes—or even maybe—this training is for you.
This 20-hour trauma-informed training will give you both the knowledge and practical tools to work with others through a trauma-sensitive lens while also deepening your own self-awareness.
You’ll learn:
✅ What trauma is and the different types of trauma
✅ How trauma impacts the brain and nervous system
✅ Trauma responses and the role of the vagus nerve (Polyvagal Theory)
✅ ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and their long-term effects
✅ How language and power dynamics influence healing
✅ Principles of trauma-informed care that foster safety and trust
✅ The role of movement, breath, and mindfulness in supporting resilience
Whether you’re a therapist, educator, coach, movement instructor, bodyworker, or any professional working with people, this training will expand your ability to support others with compassion, awareness, and skill.
