About the Circle
In the pace of everyday life it’s easy to care for everyone but ourselves. The Women’s Well-Being Sharing Circle offers a gentle space to pause listen within and connect with others who are walking a similar path. Each week combines mindful reflection creative expression and heart-centered sharing — helping you slow down release emotional weight and rediscover a sense of joy belonging and self-trust.
Small group size (6–10 participants) ensures safe and authentic sharing.

🕊️ Week 1 – Reclaiming Ease & Joy
Rediscover moments of lightness and safety in everyday life.
You’ll explore: what brings you joy what blocks it and how to invite ease back in.
💗 Week 2 – Nurturing Self-Care & Self-Love
Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion and learn to care for yourself emotionally.
You’ll explore: your unmet needs and inner voice of kindness.
🌿 Week 3 – Coming Home to the Body & Emotions
Deepen your awareness of the mind-body connection and learn to listen to your body’s cues.
You’ll explore: emotional signals boundaries and embodied self-awareness.
🔮 Week 4 – Self-Discovery & Integration
Reflect on your growth and create rituals to continue your journey of self-connection.
You’ll explore: what you’ve discovered about yourself and what you want to nurture next.
