Menstrual and Lunar Cycles: Connect with your menstrual cycle and the lunar cycles understanding how they influence your energy and how to live in harmony with them to optimize your well-being.

Feminine Archetypes: Explore the feminine archetypes (The Maiden The Mother The Sorceress The Wise Woman) and learn how to integrate these aspects of your being to achieve greater personal balance.

Healing Rituals: Participate in powerful rituals such as Lunar Seeding the Ancestral Necklace Ritual and the Womb Ritual to release blockages heal traumas and empower yourself.

Lunar Energy: Learn to work with lunar energy to manage your emotions intentions and personal growth in alignment with the phases of the moon.
