Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our event. Please read our refund policy carefully:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase, provided the request is submitted at least 14 days before the event date.
• If a refund request is made after 7 days of purchase, but still at least 14 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.

3. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as final preparations and costs are already committed at that time.
4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 10 days of the announcement
