Refund Policy

Limited to Limitless ONLINE WEBINAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: Mar 30, 2025

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in any webinar, training, masterclass, or online event (collectively, “Webinar”) hosted by Limited to Limitless et al., including but not limited to Lisa Murphy, her agents, officers, contractors, employees, and assigns (“Presenter”). By registering for, attending, or accessing any portion of the Webinar, you (“Participant”) agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING

All materials presented during the Webinar, including but not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, written content, slides, exercises, frameworks, methodologies, and related materials (collectively, “Content”) are the sole and exclusive property of Presenter and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

  • The Webinar may be recorded in full or in part, and Participant’s likeness, voice, comments, and participation may be captured.

  • By attending, Participant grants Presenter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such recordings for commercial, educational, and promotional purposes, including without limitation of resale, syndication, and marketing.

  • Participant shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, share, publicly display, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content in any manner without prior written consent of Presenter.

2. PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUND POLICY

All fees for Webinar participation are due in full at the time of registration. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction, or technical issues not caused by Presenter.

Participant acknowledges and agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with any financial institution or payment processor for Webinar fees.

3. NO WARRANTY / DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

The Webinar and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.

Presenter does not guarantee that participation will result in any specific outcome, including but not limited to business growth, income improvement, or personal development. Participant is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Presenter shall not be liable to Participant or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Webinar.

In no event shall Presenter’s total liability exceed the amount paid by Participant for the Webinar.

5. GOVERNING LAW & MANDATORY ARBITRATION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Webinar shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

  • Venue for all arbitration shall be Marion County, Florida.

  • Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

  • Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

By agreeing to this policy, Participant expressly waives the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Webinar and supersedes any and all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering for and/or participating in the Webinar, Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
