Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: Registration fees ₹2499 are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations such as no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or not being selected for the final live show.

Rescheduling Requests: If you are unable to attend your scheduled 10-minute online pitch session, you may request a one-time rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by the PitchCourt team.

Technical Issues: In the rare case of a verified technical issue on our side during your pitch session, we will offer a rescheduled slot at no additional cost. No refunds will be provided.

Event Cancellation by Organizers: If PitchCourt is canceled in its entirety by the organizers, all registered participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee.

Policy Agreement: By completing the registration, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
