Online Data Analysis Using Python - Workshop

About this Event

This workshop provides healthcare professionals an understanding of the emerging needs for analytics in the healthcare industry, introduces Python as an effective open Source programming language and demonstrates how to process data using Python platform.

Completing this workshop will provide the following knowledge and skills to the participants:

(1). An understanding of the needs for analytics in healthcare sector.

(2). An understanding of Python, its features and libraries ( Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scrapy etc.).

(3). Hands-on-training on importing/loading datasets, preprocessing data(cleaning, filtering, merging, sorting etc.), making basic visualizations(bar chart, line chart, scatterplot) and performing basic analysis(correlation, chi-square, t-test).

It is an online event, and you will receive a link to the training, along with the agenda in a follow-up email. This workshop does not provide a certificate of completion.
