1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to virtualsafaris@gmail.com
- Refunds will Not be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the deadline.
2. Refund Amount
- Full refunds — will be issued if canceled 7 days before the event.
- Partial refunds (50%) — will be issued if canceled between 4 and 6 days before the event.
- No refunds — will be given if canceled within 3 days of the event
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and issued via the the original payment method
Event Cancellation by Organizer
- If the event is canceled by us, a full refund will be automatically issued.
- In case of a rescheduled event, attendees may choose a refund or transfer their ticket to the new date.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Extenuating Circumstances
- Exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered with documented proof.
