Hunar - E - Dilli 4.0

Penned Peeps proudly presents Hunar-e-Dilli 4.0, a unique Talent Hunt Competition designed to spotlight the rich and diverse talents of creators, performers, and artists from across the nation. This hybrid event (Online + Offline) is a celebration of creativity, originality, and community expression.

Event Structure:

Round 1: Talaash-e-Hunar – Online Auditions via a 60-second original video (Reel or MP4 format).

Round 2: Taraash-e-Hunar – Public voting (likes/comments) + Judges' scores determine the finalists.

Round 3: Shabaash-e-Hunar – An exciting offline finale in Delhi with a special twist (revealed a week prior)!

📅 Finale Month: August 2025

💰 Entry Fee: INR 149 per participant (Non-refundable)

🎭 Participation Modes: Solo, Duet, or Group

🌍 Eligibility: Open to all age groups 

📩 Submission Requirements:

- Max 60 sec video

- Under 50 MB, 1080p preferred

- Must be original and unpublished on YouTube

- Respectful and inclusive content only
