Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued only if the scheduled event, program, or class is cancelled by the Academy.
If the event is postponed, paid participants will be automatically enrolled in the next available session without any extra charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for participant absence or personal scheduling conflicts.
If the participant withdraws from the program after registration, the fee will not be refunded.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
