Are you confused about how to talk to a family member about their death planning? Are you starting to think about your end of life options? Often times when we try to start these conversations with people that we trust it's not a welcomed conversation.

So we are holding space and giving you the time to start to consider what conversations you want to have and who you really should have them with. We will cover conversation guides death planners and preparation tools. We will have a Q & A section at the end of the workshop.
