Ideal for anyone seeking better sleep especially those experiencing insomnia or nighttime restlessness this session helps release physical tension and mental chatter. Breath awareness soothes the body while Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of conscious relaxation that’s as restorative as sleep itself.

What you can expect in our classes:
Mindful Breathing Techniques – Learn pranayama practices that enhance relaxation and mental clarity.
Guided Yoga Nidra: Releases muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Shifts the body into the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state, reducing cortisol and promoting calm.
