Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for our event. We understand that plans may change, so we’ve designed a flexible refund policy to support your needs.

Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested 7 days or more before the event start date.
• 50% Refund: Available if cancellation is requested 3 to 6 days before the event start date.
• No Refund: If cancellation is made within 2 days of the event, or for no-shows.

How to Request a Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Transfer Option:

• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us at least 2 days before the event.

Event Cancellation:

• If the event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued automatically to all registered participants.
