Refund Policy – Ghoomi Ghoomi Challenge 4.0 Registration
Registration Confirmation: Once your registration is successfully completed, it will be considered confirmed.
Non-Refundable Fee: Registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation. Kindly verify all details carefully before submitting your payment.
Cancellation Before Confirmation: If registration is not confirmed due to technical errors, you may request a full refund, provided valid payment proof is shared.
Event Postponement: In the event of postponement, participants may choose to either transfer their registration to the revised dates or request a full refund.
Processing Time: All approved refunds (excluding platform fees) will be processed within 10–15 business days.
