Ever since leaving college two years ago due to a back injury, I have prayed and put deep thought into how I wanted to proceed with my favorite thing in the entire world. Dance helped make me who I am today and I would not be the same without it. Starting up a dance studio was not always something I had in mind but when God speaks you listen and this opportunity was dropped at my feet. The S&L Warehouse has agreed to help me make this dream come true, being more than willing to set aside times for me to have classes. Starting September 2, 2025 I will be teaching dance jam classes!! These classes will be held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7-7:45.

What is dance jam?
To me, dance jam is a fun way to get in some cardio without feeling like you’re actually working out. This fun and upbeat class will get your blood pumping and working your muscles without feeling the pressure that working out can bring

I really appreciate everyone who has helped me pull this together and I hope anyone who is interested feels welcome and loved! To those who want a fun way to workout, I’m already proud of you and hope to see you soon!
