Public meeting for downtown neighborhoods

We want to hear your ideas and concerns!

Three Oneonta Common Council members are jointly hosting a public neighborhood meeting to get input on issues currently before the city council.

Councilmembers Kaytee Lipari-Shue (4th ward), Mike Forster Rothbart (7th ward) and Don Mathisen (8th ward) will host this informal conversation about issues facing central downtown neighborhoods.

We will give updates about council decisions but mostly we want your priorities as we start work on the 2026 budget.

Everyone in Oneonta is welcome to attend, though we will focus most on issues affecting these three wards — which span from SUCO/Ravine Parkway to Market St., and from Hartwick to Elm St.
