Learn to play GREATHELM, the skirmish miniatures game played on a board the size of a piece of paper. Warbands are only made of 6 miniatures and you can use whatever models you feel like.
It is highly encouraged to bring materials for the game (models, board, dice, ruler) however it is not required. We are very excited to show more people this great game and get more people into the narrative aspects of the miniature wargaming hobby.
The rewards categories are as follows:
"coolest warband": Whatever warband of models the judges think has the coolest concept, paint job, conversions, etc.
"coolest Model": Whatever single model the judges think has the coolest concept, paint job, conversions, etc.
"coolest board": Whatever GREATHELM board the judges think is the most interesting.
"Best Death": The most fun death that occurred during the games and was recorded.
"best story": The best recorded story of a warband that is put together from the games at the event.
There will be no rewards for how much you win or lose, we want to focus on the narrative aspects of the game and all of the rewards categories are meant to support that idea. Another thing we are doing to support this narrative aspect is that we will be providing journals and pencils for players to record the unique journey that their warband will be experiencing.
