Created by Isha Justyna Kostek after years of exploring movement meditation around the world, abunDANCE® is her embodied transmission of joy, release, and manifestation born in a moment so powerful, she didn’t just move her body, she moved the universe.

Step into abunDANCE ® , a high-vibe, full-body movement meditation that blends juicy beats, deep breathwork, and intention-setting into one unforgettable 90-minute experience.

This isn’t your typical dance class or your average meditation. It’s a soul-sparking, body-loving, manifestation party and your energy is the guest of honor.

🕺 What is Ecstatic Dance Oneonta?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice where you can move however you feel without any judgment or concern for the "right" way to dance. It's a space for you to be yourself, let go of stress, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.

The Blessings of Ecstatic Dance:

• BE PRESENT (no phones or cameras)
• EMBODIMENT (no talking or verbal communication)
• CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)
• BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others' space, crossed arms or looking away means “NO”
• GROUNDING (no outside shoes)
• BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.

This event is produced by Just More Theater Inc., a non-profit 501 (c3) theater company dedicated to promoting arts education in schools as well as Isha Now, an organization spreading joy and bliss through movement and meditation.
