Reiki Level 1!

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. After you are done with this workshop you will know the history of Usui Reiki. You will receive your level I attunement and be able to perform a full reiki session on yourself and others!

This workshop will be held at my office in Onalaska from 9am - 2/3pm.
