Yoga

Engage your senses, relax in nature, and connect with yourself in a relaxing outdoor yoga session at Lauritzen Gardens. Bring a mat or towel and any props that help you in your practice.

These 60-minute sessions are appropriate for every body and every level of practitioner (ages 16 and up).

Pre-registration is requested.
$15, $10 for garden members.
