Unwind & Align: Nutrition for Gut & Hormone Health
Our August Unwind & Align event will welcome Lauryn Mohr, functional medicine practitioner who specializes in gut and hormone nutrition. She is the founder of The Lo Down LLC, where she educates and supports individuals dealing with hormonal imbalances, gut and immune system issues, and metabolic syndrome.
