About This Will Destroy You
This Will Destroy You is an American experimental rock band currently based in Los Angeles, California. Formed in San Marcos, Texas in 2004, the band typically composes lengthy, atmospheric, instrumental pieces featuring layers of effects-laden guitars cascading across the dynamic range of the sonic spectrum. In addition to their studio work and performing to diverse audiences around the world, the group has composed and recorded scores for a host of prominent feature-films, documentaries, and art installations.
Ghostlike
Hailing from the vibrant city of Lincoln, Nebraska, Ghostlike has been carving a niche in the shoegaze and post-hardcore scenes since its formation in 2019. Comprising a group of musicians united by a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of rock music, Ghostlike blends ethereal shoegaze textures with the raw intensity of post-hardcore to create a sound that is both haunting and invigorating. Fans of Holy Fawn, Fleshwater and Turnover will latch onto what the band brings in its composition and live performance.
Since their inception, Ghostlike has been on a relentless pursuit of musical evolution. The band made a significant mark on the local and regional music scenes with the release of their debut EP, "Empty Thoughts," in 2022. This was quickly followed by their sophomore EP, "Seek," in 2023. Both EPs showcase the band's ability to juxtapose dreamy, reverb-laden melodies with explosive, emotionally charged energy, earning them a dedicated following and critical acclaim.
