Event Description:
Join us for a rejuvenating Tai Chi class led by the renowned Sifu Pete Starr, a master instructor with decades of experience in traditional Chinese internal arts. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this session is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Tai Chi is often called “meditation in motion,” blending slow, graceful movements with deep breathing and focused intention. It improves balance, flexibility, and strength, while promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of well-being.
