Lake Cunningham full trail loop walk (6.2 miles) - women only

Time: Meet near the blue shed at 9:30 am; we will take off at 9:45 am

Location: 8965 State St

Hey ladies! Lace up your sneakers and join us for a scenic 6.2-mile full trail loop walk around Lake Cunningham. This walk & talk event is the perfect opportunity to get some fresh air, exercise, and connect with other women who share your love for outdoor adventures. Please bring a water bottle/water supply, and you might consider bringing a bag or backpack with snacks and sunscreen.

We will take a break about midway through the 6.2 miles. I have never seen a water fountain or fill up station on the trail, so please plan accordingly! There are several restroom facilities/portal restrooms. We will start with the more challenging part of the trail, which includes a few hills. This walk should take us about 2.5 hours.
